Don't be deceived. Behind the sweet exterior lies a bad ass chick that can kick your butt if you deserve it. I remember one Friday, Sandy was in a take charge mood and I was so overwhelmed. It was nice to see Sandy decide on what she wants and make concrete actions to solve things. Sandy doesn't just take things seated. She'll stand up and fight.

Funny Sandy
Not her most obvious trait, but Sandy's hilarious. You're not laughing at her, you're laughing with her. Her sense of humor is wicked quick though she isn't the first to laugh at your jokes, she'll eventually catch on which prolongs the joke even more.
